Hot tub especially the new changing color light in it. Breakfast is amazing. bed was so comfortable.

I thought the hotel was beautiful. The heated igloo outside was so cute and my grandchildren thought that was awesome!
I was pleased they allow dogs. The holiday decorations were wonderful; including the “igloo” outside that you can sit in comfortably. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, so I had no issues with sleeping. The location is close to everything.
All facilities were clean, staff friendly—love the available coffee, love that you can eat there —if you are a weary traveler it is convenient. Have chosen this hotel before and would stay again.

Terrible mattresses - literally sinking into the bed in a way that was back-breaking. Initial check-in was not a great experience. I had booked the stay, but we wanted to register with my wife's membership and the receptionist was vague with her answers, unable to help and ultimately came across as uninterested.
